We only work with Wix platform and hosting, and do not offer any services pertaining to WordPress, Shopify, etc. We'll be glad to transfer your domain to our Wix hosting and redesign your website that way, but at this time we cannot provide any web design or webmaster services on any platform hosting site other than Wix.

We can definitely help you secure your business URL if you don't have one! And yes, unfortunately all websites require website hosting, which is an additional fee. It's not much, and it's definitely worth having a web presence. If you are in need of an online e-commerce site that sells products or services, it will be a higher cost for hosting due to the various apps and functionality that type of site requires. Don't worry, though. We'll lay out all the pricing up front so that there are no hidden costs that pop up. We make that promise!

We do require a deposit up front, which is flexible based on your budget and project type. We'll send you an invoice with easy, online payment options of your choice. We work with clients all over the world, and accept international payments. For ongoing web maintenance or long-term ongoing contracts, we offer the option for monthly recurring invoices. At this time, we do not accept purchase orders or net 30/60 terms. All payments are due upon acceptance of services and invoice received.

We clearly outline before getting started what you would like, whether it’s a new website, a brand logo, sales consulting, podcast editing, copy editing, or other marketing and business services. We will also clearly state what kind of additional changes or edits are included, and will work with you to ensure you’re satisfied. We make every effort to ensure you love the final result, yet we also have to ensure we're not spending endless additional hours tweaking things ad-hoc after the project is completed, which is one reason why most web design companies operate at a loss or lose their passion for creative work with a high standard for the small details. Our professionalism and integrity is vital to our repuation, and we believe that up-front transparency and communication is key. Additional or future changes, edits, or additional work you'd like from us will be negotiated at the time of project quoting.

No. We are a Michigan-based company, native English speaking, and completely based in the U.S. If you are located in Northern Michigan, we'll be glad to meet with you in person! If you're located in the Metro Detroit, Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, or other geographic locations within Michigan, it's possible we can still have an on-site or in-person meeting, if the project warrants it. All other customers outside of Michigan are welcome to have a telephone or Zoom consultation to discuss your business needs.

Maria Lindbloom is the sole proprietor of Nebula Web Works. However, in some cases she'll partner up with her personal network of contractors and consultants to assist with larger or more complex jobs. Everyone who will be working on your project will be introduced and involved in the planning discussions and execution meetings, if necessary. Sometimes Maria handles the work solo, but if the schedule gets tight or the job requires a multi-faceted team, she'll bring on others to assist.
